A nice Soten fuchi unsigned but well executed with  relief depicting the scene of the battle of Dan No Ura where the Minamoto samurai takes his horse to the water and shoots down the fan from the top of the mast of the Taira ship.
Overall the fuchi is a nice piece with good design and preservation, with all of the gold gilding remaining.
