Oval plate with raised rounded rim
and an early elongated oval
kozuka-ana. Made of bronze.
Hard to tell if the rim is a fukurin,
or is cast. Overall this
is a very well made early tsuba.
Attributed to ko Shoami in
Bunka no naka no tosogu (Sword
furnishings as part of the culture)
by Hashimoto Haruo.

(14th c.)
6.2 x 5.95x 0.25cm at seppadai and
